Why Novera matters

The asset can move forward only when its systems move together.

A participant's identity status, an asset's record, the supporting documents and a policy decision can each change in a different system. Without shared state, every handoff risks losing context and provenance.

Novera's proposed coordination layer makes those transitions legible across institutions. The institutions remain authoritative; Novera models the relationships and evidence between their systems.
