Why an assistive layer

It proposes; it does not decide.

Novera's primitives coordinate deterministic state — participant, asset, ownership and evidence. Real-world asset workflows also generate large volumes of unstructured documents. Novera Intelligence is the planned assistive layer that helps interpret them. It proposes; it does not decide.

The rule

AI proposes. Deterministic rules, authorized humans, or authoritative providers confirm. AI never becomes the source of truth.

Architectural placement

Above the primitives. Never one of them.

Novera Intelligence is not a fourth primitive and is never a peer to NovaID, NovaRegistry or NovaDeed. It reads their state and submits proposals; the primitives remain the deterministic source of truth.
